Rasha Francis is the founder, president, and lead interior designer of M R Italia and R. Raffiné Design Studio - specializing in high-end, custom Italian design and cabinetry.
Born in Damascus, the oldest city in the world, Rasha was surrounded by a rich architectural heritage that blends French and Mediterranean influences. This environment nurtured her deep passion for design, architecture, and fine art - inspiring her to create elegant and timeless spaces.

With over 20 years of experience, Rasha began her career in Damascus - later expanding her expertise to Germany before moving to the United States. Her work spans high-end residential and commercial remodeling projects, where she seamlessly blends traditional Italian craftsmanship with modern lifestyles.

An established Interior Designer for more than twenty years,
Shawn began his career in Chicago after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. As Senior Designer for almost a decade with a leading boutique design firm Shawn catered to the interior design needs of Chicagoland & North Shore elite. Setting down roots and now calling Atlanta home, Shawn's projects include residential interiors, corporate office, country club, boutique hospitality, and retail design.
In addition to a loyal Atlanta following, devoted clients from Chicago, Dallas, & Houston consistently entrust him with their projects. Admitting that his design instinct instantly kicks in once he’s chatted with a client and scoped out the space they’re working with - clients often refer to the design process with Shawn as more fun than work - saying he keeps their personality, comfort, and budget in mind.
